SELF-BAILING PEDAL WELLS
Conventional hulls accumulate dirt and grime which may contribute to the growth
of unhealthy bacteria, whereas Dream Beach's unique self-bailing hulls always
stay dry and clean. At the base of each pedal well of the Water Bee pedal boat
there is an opening to drain waves and water automatically. All contaminants
that would have otherwise been left to fester in the pedal well get flushed back
into the water. The self-bailing pedal wells mean the Water Bee will always be
ready to use. Users will never again have to spend time emptying their pedal
wells after a rainstorm.
SELF-LUBRICATING AND SELF-CLEANING BEARINGS
The Delrin bearings of each Water Bee pedal boat possess large grooves that act
to provide both consistent lubrication and non-stop cleaning action to your
drive system. The 100 % non-corroding bearings will flush out all sand, salt,
and any other materials that may cause contamination, rusting, or any other
damage from occurring.
CATAMARAN HULL
Water Bee pedal boats are made from rotational-molded, high-density
polyethylene. Each hull is uni-molded: no seams means no leaks. Since
polyethylene is a high-density plastic, the hull of the Water Bee is much more
durable than most conventional pedal boats.
The catamaran hull design of the Water Bees ensures tremendous stability in most
wave and wind conditions. The sleek, contoured shape of the Water Bee yields
excellent aerodynamics, as well as exceptional hydrodynamics. In addition, while
other pedal boats may lose their color and form due to exposure to the sun and
salt water, the polyethylene hull of our watercrafts is 100 % UV-stable, and
100% salt-water resistant.
HYDRODYNAMIC/ANGLED PADDLE BLADES
The Water Bee's paddle blades are made from extremely durable polypropylene â??
the same material used in the design and manufacturing of winter shovels.
Water Bee pedal boats are faster than conventional pedal boats. Its
flexible-pitch paddle blades are specially angled to grip, rather than slap the
water, for efficient propulsion and superior hydrodynamic performance. Our
patented drive system provides a smoother, quieter ride.
FLEXIBLE BACKRESTS
Our unique backrests are not only extremely durable, but easy to install and
adjust to fit most persons for optimum levels of seating comfort and efficiency
while pedaling. The seating area can double as a comfortable sundeck. To
sunbathe, simply lift up the backrest, rotate it over the adjustment rail, and
take in some rays.
INTEGRATED HANDLES
Molded-in at both the front and the rear of the Water Bee pedal boats are
integrated handles for easy handling or tying-off to a dock.
